Placing an order

 There are two ways to place an order: 

Placing an order through the online store on the website: 

1. Select the Service you are interested in in the catalogue, read the terms of its provision. If necessary, you can apply to the Contact Center for explanations using any of the communication methods presented on the website.
2. Create an order by sending the necessary Services to the Shopping Cart, with the selected options.
3. Go to the Shopping Cart and click on the Place an order button, specifying the data for communication.
4. Make a payment for the order.
5. As a rule, within 10 minutes, but no later than 24 hours, our operator will contact you to confirm the order and agree on its terms and conditions.

Placing an order through the contact centre: 

1. Apply to the Contact Center for placing an order using any of the communication methods presented on the website.
2. The manager will help you decide on the Order and generate it, providing the data for payment.
3. Make a payment using the specified details, send the payment data to the manager.
4. As a rule, within 10 minutes, but no later than 24 hours after payment of the order, our manager will provide information about the terms of execution of the Order.

 

Payment for the order 

The execution of all Services, information about which is presented on the website, is made on an advance payment. Prepayment is made by any of the methods indicated on the website, both online through the acquiring system (*enter*), and through the details provided by the manager of the Contact Center, whose phone numbers are presented on the website. Attention! When placing orders through the Contact Center, in order to avoid fraud cases, make sure that you communicate with our managers through the accounts, numbers and phone numbers indicated on the Website. 

Terms of execution and conditions of cancellation of the order 

The obligation to fulfil the order comes from the moment of its confirmation by the manager of the Contact Center. Confirmation or cancellation of the order must be made within 24 hours after its registration and payment (as a rule, confirmation occurs within 10 minutes). The confirmation of the order is the agreement with the buyer of all the conditions, time and deadlines for the execution of the order. 

The terms of execution of the Order depend on many factors (the availability of free Contractors, the period of playing time or events, the level of power-levelling and development of the Buyer's game character, his game skills, the conditions for completing the Order, etc.) are negotiated with the Buyer and cannot exceed 30 calendar days. 

The Buyer shall have the right to cancel the Order at any time: 

1. The execution of an order may be cancelled before the start of its execution by the service. In this case, the money is returned to the buyer in full within 30 days. 

2. In case of cancellation of the order after the start of the service, the Buyer shall have the right to request a partial refund. In this case, the refund amount will be proportional to the volume of incomplete services.

 

Refund 

In case of non-fulfilment of the agreed Order due to the fault of the Seller or the Contractor, the entire amount of the prepayment is refunded to the buyer. 

In case of non-fulfilment of the agreed Order due to the Buyer's fault (in cases when he failed to fulfil the conditions of order execution, failed to provide data for access to the game account or unilaterally changed this data during the execution process; failed to contact the contractor at the agreed time; left the group during the execution of the order; prevented the execution of the order by game and non-game methods), the order cost shall not be subject to refund. In case of disputes under this item, the buyer shall have the right to state his claim by contacting the Contact Center or by e-mail (feedback@boost-for-you.com).

In case of improper (low-quality) execution of the order due to the fault of the contractor, the buyer shall have the right to file a claim to the Contact Center or by e-mail within 14 days (feedback@
boost-for-you.com) regarding a partial or full refund of the order price. 

Claims for a refund of the amount of money paid for the Service shall be subject to consideration within 10 days from the date of submission of the corresponding claim. The refund is carried out in the same way as the payment was made within 30 days.
